During this long year without your fans present to support you, bFAN Sports took the opportunity to change the design and add new features for your fans' subscriber cards. This functionality now goes even further and allows you to set up all types of cards with a QR Code or a bar code. It is now a “wallet” of digital cards to which your fans have access.  Thanks to all these new changes, the management of your fans’ subscriptions to the loyalty cards or even of certain cashless cards becomes easier!

NOTE: this feature does not work with RFID or NFC type cards for the time being.

You now have a space dedicated to this functionality inside your bFAN Sports platform. Find the “My subscribed fans” tab in the “My Community” menu entry. With this direct access, it becomes easier to manage your fans' subscriptions. You will be able to search, find, solve the problems of your fans regarding their subscriber cards in one click.

bFAN Sports has also added new options to edit your cards, you can now add: the name of the card, the visual of the card, the type of code (either a QR Code or a bar code), the fields of the map (door, staircase, row, seat, grandstand, etc.). You also have the possibility to translate all these elements into the language of your choice in order to meet the expectations of your foreign fans.

You have the possibility to add directly from your platform, new elements to edit your cards thanks to the latest innovations and the possibility of managing several subscriber cards simultaneously without limit! Your fans have access to all their cards from a single menu entry inside their app.

In order to optimize the subscriber cards of your fans as well as possible, changes must be made on your side. It is necessary for all the clubs to already have set up the subscriber cards in their back-office by importing the list of the subscribed fans in the new space “My subscribed fans”. If this modification is not done beforehand, all your subscribed fans will see their card disappear from their application.
